SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently, Pickee only ships to USA and Australia. All parcels are delivered from Taiwan with Postal Air Parcel.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please find below the estimated delivery times (once the parcel has been handed to post office):

USA 7 – 10 days
Australia 21-30 days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of your parcel, and your delivery address. The cost will be calculated & shown in your shopping cart page.

Free shipping on orders over USD $150.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the package is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number.

DUTY & TAX

Please note that customers are responsible of any duty and tax fees. This amount is to be corresponded to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.

Please also note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.
